Electro Permanent Magnetic Grinding Chuck

Differ to electro magentic chuck, the electro permanent magnetic grinding chuck do not need power supply in grinding process. It can be magnetized and demagnetized. So electromagnetic plate is easily affected by external factors. The inside coils will produce much heat if the clamping time is too long in surface grinder, thus the magnetic force is getting weak, at that time, some special work pieces may have deflection due to the clamping force is not enough, affect the machining precision.

The electro permanent magnetic grinding chuck is a kind of new style workholding tool for grinding machine.
